We welcome the following participants:
Those who want to practice speaking English with native speakers
Those who are interested in Canadian culture
Those who are not yet confident using English
Those looking for more opportunities to use English in daily life
Those who want to improve their English skills
Cloverdale ELL classes are led by native English-speaking teachers.
Classes are offered in small groups, and we kindly ask that only those who can commit to attending regularly apply.
Class Details
Class A (8–12 participants)
Duration: April 11 – June 20 (10 sessions total)
Day/Time: Every Friday, 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
※ Please note: There will be no class on April 18.
Class Structure
9:30 – 10:00: Learn and practice essential daily English expressions
10:00 – 11:30: Study English with a native-speaking teacher through:
Textbooks and news articles
Free conversation and presentations
Ice-breaker questions
Sentence-building using vocabulary
Additional Information
All classes are free of charge, and you are welcome to register for more than one class.
However, to express our gratitude to the teachers, purchase class materials, and support the church,
we kindly ask participants to make a voluntary donation of $50 per term.
