This year, fall is nearly here, and that means it's almost apple pie season! In 2023, we made over 550 pies and raised $6,873. It was a very successful year. We're looking forward to peeling, rolling, and filling pie shells with everyone again this year. Lori Presunka and Laurel Zulke are the coordinators, and they'll need lots of support from volunteers.

We welcome all helpers, regardless of age, gender, or experience. If you're traveling to the Okanagan from mid-September through October, we would appreciate any box or boxes of apples you could bring, or any contacts you might have for free or inexpensive apples. Please, no Macs or Red Delicious apples.

We'll also need flour, sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt donations. If you're unable to donate supplies or your time and talent, cash donations are always welcome to help us purchase what we need.

Depending on apple supplies, we hope to start in late September or early October. Order forms will be available soon.
